Tec Petaja
Driven by a lifelong love of movement and discovery, Tec fell in love with photography while traveling through Nepal at the age of 19, with his 35mm in hand. Now, with over two decades of experience, he relies on an instinctive eye and easy-going, intuitive approach when meeting new friends and exploring new destinations. Inspired by the reciprocal relationship between light and space, his approach is meditative and reflective. He seeks to create a custom visual experience that feeds off the energy of the environment, inviting viewers to imagine and aspire. Originally from Northern Michigan, he currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Chelsea, and their two daughters.
